is the most impressive parking program I've ever seen.
Thank you so much for taking some of the stress out
of traveling. I fly 2x a week and this is the only part

After a week in Florida, my mother & sisters arrived
back to Baltimore on Sat. evening @ 9 p.m. With the
snow & ice storm earlier in the week we weren't
sure what to expect when we got back to our car. The
Airport Fast Park Red Lot van was there immediately
to pick us up at the terminal with no waiting &
dropped us off in front of our car. The attendant was
very kind & had the young guy at the lot come to
our vehicle & clean the ice off the car & shovel
our way out of the spot we were in. We were the only
ones on the van so the driver also helped get the ice
off the trunk & put our luggage in for us. All of
our party were very impressed at the prompt & courteous
service. We have always had a good experience using
fast park & highly recommend them to our friends
and family. Thanks to Airport Fast Park & your staff,
it was a good ending to a great vacation.

I
arrived @BWI on a delayed flight in the middle of the
snow storm on Sunday, February 25, 2007. The service
provided by the young man driving the FastPark Shuttle
for the Blue Lot could not have been better. After sitting
on the tarmac for almost an hour before we could deplane
in addition to the delayed flight needless to say the
last thing that I needed was to spend 30 minutes cleaning
the snow and ice from my car. As a joke I made a remark
about the efficient and quick service and how nice it
would be if snow removal was provided in addition to
the service. How do you think I felt when the young
driver jumped out of the shuttle and began removing
the snow from my car. It has been years since I experienced
anyone who went beyond their "duty" to rise
to the occasion and to go out of their way to provide
such service. This was service beyond expectation and
I appreciated his every effort. I
will never park anywhere but in this lot! As a side
note, February 25, 2007, was also my 65th birthday.
What a wonderful way to end the weekend celebration!

around 2 PM, by the name of "Zach." He was
a large friendly African American and was genuinely
concerned for me and my wife's walking to our car from
his shuttle. The lot was very icy and he urged her to
be careful and hold onto the car as she made her way
to the car door. He stayed and watched her until she
got inside the car safely; a real gentleman and a true
asset to your team. Pat him on the back for being a
nice guy! We need more folks like him!

the drivers and cashiers are always courteous but today

snow storm - your driver picked me from the airport

have to write to you about our experience at fastpark.
We were surprised to find when we returned from our
trip how much snow Cleveland had got. We parked in your
uncovered area and dreaded what our car was going to
look like. As we were picked up by a lovely young lady
named Mallary, a very pleasant girl, she called out
to someone on the radio where we were parked. When we
entered the parking lot, I could not believe what we
saw, our car was covered in snow up to the window. As
we approached the car and she opened the door another
very pleasant young lady came up to us and told us to
stay on the bus to keep warm and to give her our keys.
God bless this petite girl which we found out was the
manager, her and two young men shoveled out the car
and in knee deep snow pushed our car out, started it
and turned the heat on for us. I have to tell you that
we would of never expected that kind of service considering
we choose not to park where the cover was. You don't
find people like that very often. We will definitely
will be back.

parking place. I travel 80 percent and for the last
8 years have been parking in short term for 13 dollars
a day. I thought it was more convenient to park close
and walk......A few months ago my business partner flew
in on a late flight, walk thru the short term garage
and was jumped!!!! She screamed and some guy getting
in his car heard her and ran over just in time. The
guy ran away.....It was enough for me to think this
is not safe. Well..... I decided it was time for a change.

wanted to take a moment from my day to pass to you my
deepest appreciation for one of your Fast Park employees.
After arriving late Sunday night, Mr. Duran McCormick
promptly picked me up at BWI and professionally dropped
me off at my truck. He assisted with my bags, scraped
my windshield, and waited until I was ready to depart.
Unfortunately, I bumped the power locks while closing
my door, as I remained outside the vehicle. Instantly,
but too late, I realized that I had just locked my keys
inside. Mr. McCormick, assisted me for quite a while
as I made many attempts to mechanically regain entry.
Unfortunately, I was unable to do so and called my roadside
assistance for help. I know that the delay Mr. McCormack
endured outside in the cold with me potentially cost

As
I've been transitioning to a new job out of town, I've
had to fly out of Cleveland every week for the last
2 months. In the past, I would always park in the airport
garage adjacent to the terminal....and pay $9-13 per
day. However, the airport garage has recently been more
full than in the past...especially in the middle of
the week. Out
of necessity, I found my way to the Snow Rd 3rd party
parking facilities. I happened to pick Airport Fast
Park....it was the newest and cleanest....and it's covered.
I signed up for the frequent parker card online and
with it I pay $8 per day. The shuttle service is top
drawer. There is little to no delay traveling in either
direction. In fact, in many cases it's faster than finding
a space in the airport garage and hoofing it to the
terminal. You get a free paper when you enter the facility
and a bottle of Aquafina when you leave! For
what it's worth, I highly recommend them.

Thank-You Today, May 4th I was “forced”
to park in your lot because all the lots were full at
the airport. I was very upset because I didn’t
know how your service worked. How I would get to the
airport? How would I get back? Would I ever see my car
again? All my questions were answered by a very pleasant
woman at the gates. We were picked up in seconds of
parking…whisked off to the airport by another
very kind driver who gave us a yellow card that reminded
us where we parked (I had already forgot). When it was
time to come back, the shuttle was waiting for us…another

I just wanted to recognize one of your employees who
helped me out tremendously this past weekend, Larry.
I arrived on a red-eye flight at around 4 am, tired
and jet lagged. When he dropped me off at my car, I
realized that I hadn't shut the door properly and my
battery was dead. Larry, without hesitation, grabbed
some portable jumper cables and helped me jump my car.
Not only that, but he helped me read my car owner's
manual when I couldn't figure out how to shut off the
car alarm and made sure everything was in working order
and I was able to leave before he took off in the van.
Although it turned out to be a simple task, there was
no way I could have gotten my car started and gone back
home if I had been alone that night. I thanked him repeatedly
that night, but I wanted to send a short note to let
you know how valuable of an employee he is. The kind
of customer service I always receive when I park with
you, as I do every week, is what keeps me coming back
again and again. Keep up the fantastic job--you make
the constant traveling I do for work that much less
tedious.

Hello-
I had a flight out of Cleveland this week and decided
to try your company. It was the first time I have used
a parking service that actually took the time to hire
non-apathetic employees. I was amazed. When I arrived,
the booth guy greeted me, gave me the ticket, and told
me where the open spots were. Then the van driver all
but met me there. The driver automatically gave me a
location ticket with out me even asking, or begging
as one does in most lots. On the way home, there was
a van waiting at the airport (versus me standing in
the cold like I always have to in Columbus), the driver
was up beat and helped everyone with their luggage.
He promptly took everyone to their cars, and let us
know the weather, where the speed traps were that day,
and that the lot offered battery jumps and air for flat
tires. So congrats on being the first. Thanks.

provided by the Red Lot personnel on numerous occasions.
I regularly used the Red Lot when taking and picking
up people from BWI. The relative small cost for 1-2
hrs vs the agony of airport traffic makes your service
