As our customers who fly out of BWI are aware, the on going construction at the airport has created problems with the traffic patterns on both the upper and lower levels. We have been informed that there will be some major changes in the lower level traffic patterns over the next 14 months that will impact our pick up points for returning passengers. Those customers who fly on SouthWest Airlines will have to exit the terminal at the baggage claim lower level and proceed left to the new pick up location. As construction continues we will update this link with more information.
