| Testimonials | | I would just like to take this opportunity to commend the driver(s) at Airport Fast Park for the excellent service we received on Saturday PM, 6/21/08. Our flight got in about midnight and we were picked up within minutes after getting to the curbside. The first driver that came by could not fit us in his shuttle van but stopped anyway to assure us that another van was coming right away. I especially want to commend the driver that did pick us up for all of his help in assisting us with our baggage, which consisted of 6 pieces. He didnt hesitate in picking up all of our bags at the curb and the same for offloading, even offering to load some of the bags into my truck. I have used Airport Fast Park over the past few years and the service is always the same, fast and efficient. This allows me no worries about catching a flight on time , or upon returning and just wanting to get home. | Steven - Miami
| | Excellent experience. The battery in my car was dead and one of the drivers came to assist me immediately. One of the tires was low on air and he directed me and filled the tire for me. The driver lady, Reina was charming and helpful. Will definitely recommend your facility and keep up the good work. A++++

After a frustrating hour at the airport, his prompt pick-up and friendly demeanor were very refreshing! This level of customer service is what keeps us coming back! | | I travel about twice a month and always use your Fast Park service, I think it is great. Monday evening I arrived into Miami to a car that would not start. One of your employees Morrison, who was my shuttle driver was of great assistance to me. He was very friendly from my arrival onto the bus. When I got off the shuttle he helped me load my car. After driving off he noticed that I was having car troubles and returned to see if I was okay. Morrison was caring enough to assist me jump start my car. After the battery pack did not work he got his own car and gave me a boost, and he did all this knowing that I had no money to tip him. Morrison is a great employee and I would be very happy to ride his shuttle again. | | Es la primera vez que uso este servicio, y EL CUSTOMER SERVICE que me dieron es muy bueno y recomendable.llegue al aeropuerto de Miami con el vuelo atrasado y muy molesto , pero fue tan buena la atencion del chofer ( del turno noche el cual no me acuerdo el nombre)que se me olvido lo malo del vuelo, y al pagar tenia un botella de agua fria cortesia de FAST PARK, me fui contento gracias. y Gracias al manager por lo bien que tiene el servicio. | | Jose - Miami |
