John - Cleveland I have to write to you about our experience at fastpark. We were surprised to find when we returned from our trip how much snow Cleveland had got. We parked in your uncovered area and dreaded what our car was going to look like. As we were picked up by a lovely young lady named Mallary, a very pleasant girl, she called out to someone on the radio where we were parked. When we entered the parking lot, I could not believe what we saw, our car was covered in snow up to the window. As we approached the car and she opened the door another very pleasant young lady came up to us and told us to stay on the bus to keep warm and to give her our keys. God bless this petite girl which we found out was the manager, her and two young men shoveled out the car and in knee deep snow pushed our car out, started it and turned the heat on for us. I have to tell you that we would of never expected that kind of service considering we choose not to park where the cover was. You don't find people like that very often.
